Here is a toll free "pet peeve" of mine - I know their website, but will I ever remember 800.743.3206? Not in a million years. But for $9.95 at 800forall.com, they could go grab the memorable toll free number 877-7FIT-EXPERT. Its out there right now at 800forall.com. They could call their carrier and route it to their existing calls centers, and I for one, would remember that number!
